7. Where do we store your Personal information?
Where the GDPR applies, you should be aware that this Website is hosted, and some companies and contractors who process your Personal Information are located, in the United States and other countries noted above. These countries do not always provide the same level of protection for your information. In these circumstances, your Personal Information is transferred on the basis of one of the mechanisms set out below:
Adequacy Decision: Your Personal Information will be transferred to and stored at/processed in Canada which was found to have an adequate level of protection for personal data under Commission Decision 2002/2/EC of 20 December 2001.
Model Clauses: The Personal Information is transferred within the Mama Dolce group by way of the European Commission’s model contracts for the transfer of Personal Information to third countries (i.e., the standard contractual clauses), pursuant to Decision 2004/915/EC. Further, Personal Information is transferred to our providers by way of the European Commission’s model contracts for the transfer of Personal Information to third countries (i.e., the standard contractual clauses), pursuant to Decision 2010/87/EU. Privacy Shield: Your Personal Information will be transferred to Wix.com who will process your Personal Information in the United States. Wix.com comply with the US Department of Commerce's EU-US Privacy Shield and have certified that they adheres to the EU-US Privacy Shield Principles of Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation, Access, and Recourse, Enforcement and Liability.
